a. Create products that exhibit the Salesian values of initiative and temperance.

II. Critical Thinkers who:
a. Identify, locate, and organize information or data.
b. Analyze, evaluate, synthesize, and reflect on information through independent and/or cooperative efforts.
c. Apply problem solving and decision making strategies to real life scenarios, especially moral issues.
d. Identify, analyze, and evaluate job interests, skills, and careers for real life career planning and goal setting

III. Effective Communicators who:
a. Read, write, speak and listen reflectively and critically.
b. Consider points of view different from own and seek conflict resolution.
c. Read, write, speak, and listen in a language other than English on a variety of non-technical topics and with diverse populations.
