0740 Business Law 12 S
A one-semester course dealing with the application of legal principles and procedures to the personal business problems of the individual. The areas to be covered are legal system, contracts, credit, employer/employee relationship, insurance, commercial papers, bailments, and buying and selling of goods and services. This course is a combination lecture, discussion and workshop. [One Semester] (Prereq: None.)
