Stresses the six basic aims of music education: 1) basic music skills; 2) vocal technique; 3) form, style and harmony; 4) exposure to different styles; 5) listen to a major work; and 6) critical listening. Voice 1 is considered a performing group. Students are required to participate in all performances and festivals. [One Semester] (Prereq: None)
