0519 French II 10, 11, 12 CSU, UC
Reviews subject matter introduced in French I, and provides further practice in comprehension, speaking, oral reading and writing. More advanced language structures are practiced and correct pronunciation and intonation are further developed. The course introduces reading for direct comprehension without translation, writing adapted dialogues, narratives and dictation. The course continues to develop appreciation for the French culture and customs. (Prereq: Grade of "C" or better in French I.)
